I recommend scrolling to the next article about the giant AI-generated Christmas image/Lovecraft Eldritch horror on a shopping centre in Kingston (London). It is glorious.
Do people these days call robbers ‘thieves’? When I read the title, I thought the article was about pickpockets.
In my usage, "robbers" and "pickpockets" are both varieties of "thieves".
As the saying goes, beggars can't be choosers....
I feel like people at some point are going to pick up on this, and just leave their iPhones at home and bring a cheap samsung just for the basic stuff
(although cheap samsungs have their own issues, see AppCloud (https://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-appcloud-spyware-co...))
oh, and not to mention, you'd think an iPhone would have worse resale value due to iCloud locking, where as on Android's, their version of iCloud Lock (FRP I believe it is called), is somewhat trivial to bypass on modern phones.
